We need more information to help. assuming all computers are XP pro, you need to enable RDC under My computer>properties. This link may help,

How can I use Remote Desktop to control my home computer from another computer?
properties" is not an option in "my computer"
I am simply trying to use remote desktop to access my computer at work. I
have the ip address and everything, I just cant find where to click on
