Remote Desktop Tab Missing

I am running Windows XP Professional and I had Remote Desktop set up and
running before. Recently I went to connect to my computer via Remote Desktop
and got an error saying it couldn't connect. I went to my actual computer to
find what the problem was and the 'Remote' tab was missing from System
Properties.

Is there any way to re-enable the 'Remote' tab?
