Remote Desktop Connection Software for Vista?

I cannot locate the Remote Desktop Window under the Remote tab in System
Properties. My computer runs Windows Vista. Is there Remote Desktop Software
available for operating systems outside Windows XP Professional? I figured
Vista would be backwards compatible to the software, but I wasn't quite sure.
Again, the only window under the Remote tab is "Remote Assistance".

If the PC is running Vista Home Premium or Basic edition it can *NOT* act as
a Remote Desktop host. That functionality is not available by design.

You might look UltraVNC as an alternative.
