Remote Desktop Stopped Working after I downloaded SP2 - HELP

I have been connecting through remote for a couple of years with everything
working great until last week it stopped letting me connect and I received
the following error:

" The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections
might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connection.
Please try connecting again later. If problem continues to occur, contac
your administrator."

I then uninstalled SP2 and remote started working again for 2 days. But now
it has stopped and I receive the same error message. I forgot to turn off
automatic updates and believe that is why it is not working.

Please give me any suggestions that you might have.

Thanks

Please make sure you have SP2 installed on your computer. Your computer
is not properly secured without it. The reason you could not connect is
most probably because SP2 includes the Windows Firewall. The Windows
Firewall needed to be configured to allow your Remote Desktop through OR
you had a third-party firewall installed (McAfee/Norton security suites,
Zone Alarm, etc.) and you then had two firewalls running (not a good idea).
