Remote Desktop Disconnected

I am receiveing the Remote Desktop Disconnected pop-up error window when I am
trying to connect to the computer system in my office. It worked fine last
week and I haven't changed any settings (I think). I checked the COntrol
Panel / System / Remote tab and the Allow users to remote connect remotely to
this computer’ box is checked. What other settings should I check?

Well, there are other factors in play, such as firewalls and routers at your
office. Does your office have an IT group that looks after the network?

If so, you need to talk to them, as they may well have made changes that
prohibit remote connections. It's really not uncommon for changes like
this to be made without informing all the users.
