remote control user sessions

We are in the testing phase of implementing Windows 2000
Terminal server in Application server mode.
This is particular to remotely control the user's TS
client session.
I need some assistance on what needs to be set up on the
server and does it have any thing to do with licensing
server.
As per my research I know you cannot remotely manage a TS
Client session from console.
When I tried to do that from another Ts client session I
only see a snap shot. I cannot manipulte any thing.

ANy help is appreciated.

Remotely controlling a client doesn't have anything to do
with the license server. However, you need to be sure
that the RDP-TCP connection is allowing you to interact
with the client's session, rather than to just watch what
is going on.
