Ending TS sessions when connection is broken

I have 20 people connecting to a TServer using either RDC
or TS clients. My problem is when our T1 goes down for a
period of time obviously their connection is broken but
when that happens all of the TS sessions stay in an
active mode on our server. IS there a way to end the
local session on the 2000 server when the remote
connection is broken? What happens is when they log back
onto TS they get somebody else's session and then there
is a rights issues as you may expect. Any help would be
appreciated.

You can set this in the Terminal Service configuration->sessoion
the 2:nd checkbox, when session is limit is reached or connection is broken, choose end session.
