Users are shown as still connected in TS manager when disconnected

Hello. I have about 10 TS users running off a WIN2K server SP 4. When they
get disconnected from their session they do not show as disconnected in the
TS Manager. Therefore, when they go to log back into their session the
server creates a new session and they cannot connect or access their existing
programs. I will have to have to fix the problem from TS Manager. This
seems to be a new problem. Any reasons why this may be happening???

Try enabling KeepAlives. It could stabilize your connections, and it
will make your server discover earlier that a connections is broken.
