Remote Control Option is grayed out.

I am running TS on Windows 2000 server. I would like to be able to remote control a users connection when they are having problems. When I am in the TS manager window and I right click on a session the “remote Control†option is grayed out. All of my desktops are W2k Pro with a few XP Pro. Neither desktop system can I control. What do I need to configure so I can remote control an active TS client session from within TS Manager

You MUST be logged onto a Remote Desktop Session to do this. You can't initiate a Remote Control (shadow) from a workstation or the server console
