WTS remote control

Hi,
I have to give Helpdesk people privilege to control end user's Ts session.
Here's a problem, I as an administrator have no problem but what kinds of
privilege do I have to give helpdesk to do Remote Control in WTS 2000
Environment? Do I have to give them local administrator privilege? They
only need remote control feature in TS session nothing more. Is there way
to accomplish this without giving them too much control over TS Server.

Any help would appreciated.
Thanks,

Sure, you can give them full control on the RDP-Tcp Connection in the Terminal Services Configuration MMC. This doesn't allow them to anything but manage the connections, i.e. remote control, disconnect, logoff...
