can't remote control users in TS 2003

Hi, I have installed TS on my Win 2003 server. All the users can connect, by
when I right click on them from the TS server I can't Remote Control them as
it's greyed out. Any ideas?

That's by design.
You cannot remote control directly from the console, you have to do
it from within a ts session.
