remote control or trojam

I have a problem im my computer than don't know if is a
trojam.
He is in remote control but I dn't selecte it!
How can I remove this?
And can I remove the virus?

I would disconnect the PC from the public internet IMMEDIATELY, ie. pull the telephone line out of
the wall plug, unplug the network cable, whatever it takes. Run a virus and trojan scanner to clean
the PC.
