Remote Connections...

What is the best way to remotely connect to another Windows XP SP2 (MCE)
computer? I tried to get Remote Assistance to connect, but it has never
worked. The remote XP computer uses Zone Labs free firewall connected to a
cable modem. I tried enabling the Windows Firewall with Zone Alarm firewall
without success.

I use Dameware Mini Remote Control at home and at work. I've been very
impressed with it.

I'm looking for a method that is free. Because I don't connect that much
and look for an easy method to do this. If Remote Assistance would work,
that would be great. Remote Assistance used to work prior to XP SP2, and
I've many things to get this to work.
