Remote Connect

How do I connect to my sisters computer so that I can see her inbox to try to
help her fix something.

I know you go to Accessories and remote connection, but doesn't she have to
give me permission first, how does she do that?

Can someone tell me the whole process from start to finish, in layman's terms?

have trouble with fixing her Inbox problem you could ask back here. If you
