Remote assistance

I can connect with others pc this way, but there is a specific pc that give
me the following message:

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again"

Both pc are runinng XP PRO with the firewall off,

What is wrong?

Are you trying this from one computer to another in the same LAN? Can you
ping the name of the other computer successfully?

What host name are you using? Are you using the public IP address of this
user's Internet connection/modem/router/whatnot?

Are you trying this from one computer to another in the same LAN?
Can you ping the name of the other computer successfully?
