Remote Assistance

Hi folks,

This question is for anyone familiar with using Remote
assistance to support remote users. Is this an effective
solution for users with dial up connections? It sounds
great, however I'm having trouble locating information on
the bandwidth requirements.

Dial up works, but it is slow. When using dialup make sure to turn off any
extra graphic features(themes, backgrounds, etc) and it will work ok, just
slow.
