Remote assistance

All PCs run XP SP3 on a LAN in my domain. I can RDP to all the PCs fine.
What I want to do, as a Domain admin, is to Initiate a Remote Assistance
session.

Remote Assistance - Start->Help and Support->Tools->Offer Remote
Assistance->Enter PC Name or IP adddr and I get a "The remove server machine
does not exist or is unavailable".

I have Remote Assistance Enabled in the Remote tab of My Computers
Properties and have the windows firewall's Remote Assistance checkmarked.

I don't see anything in the Local Security Settings mmc.

This would make my job much easier. HELP...

Thanks - Tom...

Since you are in a domain and want to use the "Offer Remote Assistance"
feature, there is a special requirement:

"Group Policy for the computer of the novice user must be configured to
enable Remote Assistance offers."

It's a citation from

I already have the Remote Assistance in the GPO and deployed. The Firewall
isn't displayed in the GPO. I thought i needed Win XP SP3 ADM for the
firewall entry, but can't find it...? Do I use a Windows Server 2003 SP2
ADM...?

Thanks - Tom...

I'm no expert in GP, but the GP-path in XP SP3 is

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Network
Connections\Windows Firewall\

Maybe further help:

There was a typo in the directions that actaully brought me down the wrong
path.
I figured it out and now Remote assistance works and rolled out.

Thanks You Bernd...!
