Remote control software for managing/troubleshooting windows xpclients

TImbuktu, webex, agent or agentless... What are you using to provide
support to end users? We are a small shop of around 500 pcs and need
to provide a remote management solution for our service desk staff,
preferable a free one. Has anyone had luck using MS remote
assistance?

UltraVNC. Open Source license and have a method of setting up the
"clients" to connect to support agents.
