Remote Assistance

Thinking about using Remote Assistance service.
PC's use Win XP firewall, also both have ZoneAlarm
installed.
Both machines are connected to 'allways on' cable modems
Do firewalls have to be configured for 'RA' to work.
Any specific ports to be opened?

Remote Assistance is simply Remote Desktop with lower-grade security. Open
port 3389 on the firewall and have at you.
