Remote assistance through firewall

Hi,
I have a Router with built-in firewall (Lynksys BEFSX41)
several times I have tried to get Remote Assistance but
my firewall stops the process. Any ideas?

Hi,

You need to setup port forwarding in the router controls for port 3389 to
the internal address of the machine behind the firewall.
