Remote assistance shortcut?

Hello,

From where is the "Remote assistance shortcut" copied/genereated to users
Start menu? I dont want that to appear in the Start menu for new users
logging to a workstation.

I checked All Users and Default User profiles but didn't find it.

1. Right-click on your Desktop and select New > Shortcut.
2. In the box type or copy and paste the following:

%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA

3. Next, type in a name for the shortcut, such as Remote Assistance.

Alternative:

Start > Run and type: %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA
