remote assistance - resources disabled

i get the following error message when i try to use
remote assistance on office lan
[ Remote Assitance - Web Dialog]
[ access to the requested resource is disabled by your
administrator ]
 
I get this problem as well.

details:

Both machine are on the same domain
Group policy is configured.-
Solicited Remote assistance = enabled
Offer Remote Assistance= enabled.

Can anyone help?
