installing Remote Assistance ?

Guest

The following is the error message I get when some one asks me for remote assitance with both MSN messenger 6.1 and Windows Messanger 4.7 I have reinstalled both programs and it still does not work

The invitation from "user name" to start Remote Assistance was declined. The program is disabled or is not installed on your compute

I would like to know how to get remote assistance working again?
Thanks
Matt

I think Windows Messenger 5 should fix the problem (not MSN Messenger)
