Remote Assistant

I used to be able to connect to my friend's computer to help her and ever
since I reinstalled my Windows XP Pro I am unable to connect. When I click
on to her invitation, it says that remote assistant is loading but at the
same time I get another Web Assitance - Web Page dialog box that says Remote
Assistance failed. Please try again. I don't know what's changed that I can't
use the Remote Asistant to get in to her computer. Please help.

Can you telnet remote IP port 3389?
