I would like to do some remote assistance throught e-mail . I'm trying to
practice with my laptop and home computer to see if I can get them to
connect. I get to the point after it sends the e-mail from one computer to
the other. I open the e-mail up and click on the attachment which open a link
that says someone is asking for remote assistance, I click on "yes" and at
first it looks like it will open up the other computer, but instead I get an
error message and it wants me to send it to Microsoft and it will than close.
Thats as far as I can get no matter what I do. It sends it to Microsoft but
hope do I know what to error is. I'm stuck, can someome please help.
