How do I set up to allow remote access to my e-mail?

Not sure what you're asking. This really depends on what kind of mail you
use, and what/where you're trying to access. If you have a POP account, you
can use your mail host's webmail feature, or use something like
www.mail2web.com if they don't.

Or are you asking for something else?

Note - posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in your
news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other

in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address.
