Relentless "Enter Network Password"

I don't know if it is caused by Office 2003 (Outlook)
which I just installed last week or XP Service Pack 2, I
installed a day later. Anyway its driving me crazy it
pops up a million times a day. It doesn't matter what is
open, it just pops up. All the time.

Enable the Guest account according to the procedure outlined in
http://www.michna.com/kb/WxSP2.htm.
