reinstalling microsoft st

microsoft streets and trips 2002 was removed and
reinstalled and worked for some users.. on the other hand
when some users clik on streets and trips 2002 message
comes" installation of this application has become
corrupted. Set up again for this application from the
location where you originally installed it..what should
I do..
