reinstall OL with second CD

I bought OutLook 2002 and installed on my PC then again on another PC. After
installing on second PC, the prompt says that this product has already
registered with another computer and it warns that I can use this only 49
times.
Now I bought another CD for second PC.
Is it simple enough to uninstall first installation and reinstall again
using second CD?
I raise this question bcoz i tried to do the same for another product
before, however, after second installation, I can't launch the application;
the application popup and then just disappear.

Any suggestion?
