You have an OEM CD key. You can either use a "generic" OEM CD, either
from a friend or "other" PC.

You need to find someone with another OEM version CD. If it accepts your
key, you're fine - the license is represented by that sticker, not the CD.
However, note that by the time you're asked for the key, any existing XP
install may be hopelessly damaged.
