Register in WINS

After installed W2000 Advanced Server the register at WINS
corresponding the server service (20H) not appear.
We can´t to map de \\server\share.
This server have SP4.

Make sure that the WINS Service is NOT running on the machine you are telling to register. If it is on, the system will
not allow it to register to a different WINS server.
