Reg setting for File and Printer Sharing

In network properties I need to know where the setting is in the registry to
enable the check box for "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks"

I need to make a reg file that will turn on File and Printer sharing by
enableing the check box.

I did find this:

but it had on setting for Printer Sharing, and a second for File Sharing,
but Ijust doesn't seem right.

Here is a summary of the link
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network
3. Add a new DWord Value
4. Rename it to (NoPrintSharing or NoFileSharing)
5. Assign it a value of 1

Could an somebody please resond to my post it there is a better way to enable
the check box for "File and Printer Sharing" using a .reg file or script.
