Refresh problem

When i go to a webpage it is not automatically refreshed
so i must push refresh by myself....does ne one know how
to refresh it automatically

In the Internet Options control panel (Tools=>Internet Options menu), Select
the General Tab, Select the Temporary Internet Files Properties button.
Select the Check for Newer versions of Stored Pages 'Automatically' option
button. Save changes.

Look in your Security options and make sure that
Allow META REFRESH
is checked

(otherwise certain kinds of redirect won't happen automatically
and you will have to do them manually)

Since you are having problems with refresh that implies that
IE is trying to use the cache (TIF) invalidly. That in turn suggests
that the best option for cache checking would be
Every visit...
(Alt-T,O,Alt-S,E)
