Refresh web page

hi,

Everytime I try to open a webpage I usually have to refresh it to get the
most recent webpage. How do get the most recent webpage without refreshing
the webpage? I have the latest internet explorer 7.00 installed.

Open Internet Explorer 7
Click on 'Tools'
Click on 'Internet Options'
On 'General' section
In the 'Browsing history' section
Click on 'Settings'
Select the way you prefer to open the Explorer for Temporary Internet Files.
Most of us use the 'Automatically'
