Recycler...what is it? Not recycle bin.

I have a folder in my XP Home(SP2) that is "Recycler"....The regular
"Recycle Bin" also exists.

The following notation is next to the Recycler icon when viewed in
windows explorer: S-1-5-21-1123561945-823518...

Anyone know what this is?

Could not delete it.
