Ramesh's reg edit hides the *Delete* command, thus making it impossible
to accidentally delete the recycle bin while trying to empty it. There
is no reason to make the Delete command more prominent (unless one
wishes to make it easier to delete the recycle bin, which, once done,
should not need to be done again). What you want to do, as I understand
it, is to make the "Empty Recycle Bin" command more prominent, which I
suspect there is no (reasonably easy) way to do.
Ramesh's reg edit is excellent and I highly recommend it.

Hi Ramesh,
I will check there, however, I do NOT want to hide the command,
I want to make it more prominent!!
Thanks,

Hi Dave,
Check out ResHacker, or try this question in Neowin or other forums.
But you can hide the "Delete" command with a registry edit. See:
How to hide the "Delete" command from Recycle Bin context menu in
Windows Vista:

Is there some way to either change the font, or boldface the text
in the right-click drop-down box for the Recycle Bin, for the
"Empty Recycle Bin" line? This would make it easier to find
in the drop-down list.
Alternatively, can that line be moved to either the top or the
bottom of the list?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
