why when i empty the recycle bin the icon of the recycle bin doesn't change
to 'empty recycle bin' just only when i do refresh to the screen it replaced?
Right click the Desktop > click Personalize > under 'Tasks' > click Change
desktop icons > uncheck 'Recycle Bin' then recheck it > click OK.
