Recycle Bin Size

I am using Win XP Pro with SP2 <fully updated> and Norton's Systemworks. I
have two physical HDs with each having 3 partitions. I wanted to resize the
allotment for how much HD space is used for the recycle bin. As I
understand it, this can be done by Right Click on the Recycle Bin and
selecting Properties. The slide bar to make the adjustment is greyed out.

Does anyone know of a solution to get the slide bar back?

Just an idea......
Are you using "One Setting for all drives"? If so then the slider bar for
each partition will be greyed out, only the slider bar on the Global tab will
be available, likewise if are using "Configure drives independently" then
Global is greyed out and each partition tab is available.
