One Recycle Bin for my PC

Is anyone able to help regarding setting up a single Recycle Bin for my PC.
I am running XP SP2 and have 2 physical drives both partitioned so I have 4
drives.
I want to create another partition for use as a Recycle bin for the whole PC.

No, don't waste yout time trying it.
start/run, type:
HH mk:mad:MSITStore:%windir%\Help\recycle.chm::/recycle_bin.htm
"Windows allocates one Recycle Bin for each partition or hard disk."
