How to change location of Recycle Bin

Hi,

I have 50 windows xp pro desktops working in our company.
We also have file server (win 2003 server).

For a safety reasons I always set up for every user working on desktop
computer a special location for his/her "My documents" folder.

I set up location of "My documents": \\name_of_fileserver\user_folder

It works very well, all documents are stored on file server.

The problem is: all those documents include RECYCLE BIN - everything a
user is deleting goes to Recycle Bin - meainig goes to file server.

Well, storing of 50 recycle bins takes a lot of space.

Is there any way to change location of recycle bin to different
location? (ex. c:\Documents and settings\user_folder\)?

Why can't you just right click recycle bin, choose properties and on the
"global" tab check the box next to "Do not move files to the recycle
bin..."
That should apply to all drives.
