Recycle Bin Shows Full But....

My recycle bin icon shows that something is in it, but nothing is inside.
when I open it. I have 25 gigs worth of free space and my folder is set to
show hidden files. Whats the problem and possible solution? Frustrated.....
 
I think you should go to the desktop and create a new BLANK folder.then
delete it.
Now try emptying the bin.It sould work.
Else you can download Tweak UI from microsoft website
 
or you can save this attachment to your desk top and then click on it and it
will repair your bin.
