I have 2 computers, and trying to set up remote assistance on one. I have
setup port forwarding on my firewalled router, turned off windows firewall
totally on both computers, and turned off both internet security programs on
each computer, and I still cannot get the "helper" computer to connect.
Please help me as I am getting extremely frustrated... about ready to throw
both towers in the street and run them over with my car!!!!

Check for the Remote Desktop Help Session Manager service..
if didnt found then Log in as administrator and open a command prompt and
ran the following command:
sessmgr.exe -service

if didnt work get me the exact error message
