Receiving Error Message about setup.msg is missing

Operating System - Windows XP Media Center
When downloading from support tools from my ISP, the down load appears to
complete and then when it prepares for install I receive an error. The error
is: Messages File "c:\Docume~1\Admin~1\Locals~1\Temp\Setup.MSG" is missing.
Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program.
Have been searching for resolution but no luck.

I am having same problem on a WIndows 2000 Pro box. I am scanning for
viruses. Have you figured yours out yet? (e-mail address removed)
