Recurring pop-up error message.

I keep getting, every two minutes, the
following:

"Media Centre Receiver Service has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience."


Error signature is given.......

szAppName : ehrecvr.exe szAppVer :
5.1.2715.3011 szModName : wmvdmoe.dll

szModVer : 7.0.0.1917 offset : 00001d4f



Error-report contents:



C:\DOCUME~1\Frank\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb7f2.dir00\ehrecvr.exe.mdmp

C:\DOCUME~1\Frank\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb7f2.dir00\appcompat.txt

Click on each item listed in the left pane to see listings in the right pane.
Any errors you see double click on to see details for that error.

Thanks. I fixed it by deleting some photo
software I downloaded yesterday (ACDSee 9
Photo Manager) . This software was
automatically generating folders in the Temp
folder.
I removed the software and all is well -
sofar.

I wonder if that had a compatibility problem?
This I believe is a mini dump from the problem:
C:\DOCUME~1\Frank\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb7f2.dir00\ehrecvr.exe.mdmp

This appears to be an application compatibilty text file:
C:\DOCUME~1\Frank\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb7f2.dir00\appcompat.txt

If you haven't deleted them yet you may find some pertinent info to the problem.
