recovering from serious error

Hello,

My sons computer has been returning error messages lately. Here is one of
them: The system has recovered from a serious error. Error signature: BCCode:
1000000a BCP1: 00005050 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000001 BCP4: 80514204
OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product: 768_1.

Error Report Contents

C:\DOCUME~1\COLLIN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERaef8.dir00\Mini052605-06.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\COLLIN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERaef8.dir00\sysdata.xml

This is just one of different error messages I've been receiving. Any help
would be appreciated. Thank you...............

Go to Start / Run and type chkntfs /d and click OK. This should clear
that error message.

You should also delete the contents of the TEMP folder at C:\Documents and
Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp and C:\Windows\Temp.
