Receiving Emails

Someone has sent me an email with a large attachement, and from their end it
has been sent to me 11 times. How can I stop receiving all of these same
emails, as they are taking so long. Can I cancel receiving them completely?

Delete them from your ISP Webmail interface.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
