How do I stop someone receiving all my incoming emails

I run a small busines. A colleague who has now left, received all our emails
on her laptop. How can I stop her receiving them ?
 
Change the password on your mailbox. That should stop her from receiving
them.
 
It depends on where you get your mail from. If it's Internet mail, your
provider may give you a web page to use for that. I'd check with them. If
it's something internal, the server may give you a application for that.
