Outlook message being sent to those not on distribution list

There is one person that I have sent/received emails from that
continuously is "copied" on emails even though they are not on
distribution list or requested to send to. This email address is not
saved in my address book.

Why would this be happening? I cannot figure it out. This is the
only person that has ever let me know they are being sent these
emails, so I am nervous that others are receiving as well and just not
letting me know.

How can I fix it? Thank you for any help!
