Ms outlook export.

I have downloaded eM Client to try out instead of Ms Outlook.It has installed ok and is receiving emails.
My problem is importing my contacts list to it.I have searched the web and tried different suggestions but cannot get them to import.
Can anyone talk me through how to do it
