outlook express

I am having problems sending email with any other program other than
outlook. the problem has just started - for example when I try to send
pictures through Picasa the email that it brings up doesn't have a send
button. this is now happening all the time when I try to email with
all other programs other than my outlook.It was fine up to a couple of
days ago & I haven't done anything different. I am a novice when it
comes to using computers so if you could please remember this if
replying. ta

Hi - unfortunately, you're in the wrong newsgroup. This is a group to
support Microsoft Outlook (part of Microsoft Office). Outlook Express is a
part of Internet Explorer and is an entirely different program, despite its
similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
Outlook Express news group. Try
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

If this group isn't carried on the news server that's carrying this group,
try using news.microsoft.com as your NNTP server.
